We are a boutique strategy & design studio that helps organisations navigate the most intricate challenges — turning ambiguity into actionable direction. Based in Boise, Idaho, labyrinth.top works at the intersection of systems thinking, user experience, and digital craftsmanship.

Our name reflects our philosophy: a labyrinth is not a maze meant to confuse, but a purposeful path toward a centre. Every twist reveals new perspective. We believe that complex problems, when approached with empathy and rigour, reveal elegant solutions. Since our founding, we have partnered with startups, nonprofits, and established enterprises to untangle product strategy, redesign internal workflows, and build digital environments that people genuinely enjoy using.

We are a small, focused team — seven core members, plus a trusted network of specialists. Our studio operates from a light-filled space at 4013 Second Ave, where whiteboards, prototypes, and quiet thinking coexist. We value depth over speed, clarity over jargon, and honest dialogue over hollow optimism.
